CONTAINERS
Glass Storage Containers | Store food, re-heat, and eat all out of the same container. Less dishes, more organized, and healthier (no plastics!).
Homemade Spice Blend Jars | great air-tight jars for our homemade Italian, Ranch, and Taco Seasonings
Scoops for Homemade Spice Blend Jars | we keep these in each spice jar to eliminate getting a new measuring utensil dirty each time we use these (daily). Each scoop is 2 Tbsp.
Souper Cubes | These are my favorite containers to freeze homemade broth in. They can also be used to freeze individual soup or food portions in. Once frozen, pop them out and stack the frozen blocks in a gallon-sized freezer Ziploc.
Deli Storage containers (32 oz) | used for storing and/or freezing soups, broths, cut-up fruit, etc.
PREP TOOLS
Wood Cutting Board | A staple of all chopping. We’ve had this one for over 7 years. Applying board oil with the applicator a few times a year helps prolong the life of the board.
Chefs Knife | A great knife for all the chopping. We’ve also had this one for over 7 years, and continue to sharpen with our handy knife sharpener.
Food Scale | we love the multi-functionality and ease of use of this one
COOKWARE & BAKEWARE
Baking Sheets | These larger 14×20 baking sheets fit in a standard-sized oven I love that I can bake or roast more things in less time by using large baking sheets. It’s one of the easiest ways to increase efficiency in the kitchen! These are heavy-duty and super high quality. Bonus: it also allowed me to simplify our kitchen and toss the small flimsy random sizes we had.
Silicon Baking Mat | For our large 14×20 baking sheets. Makes for no sticking and easy cleanup.
Large Lasagna/Casserole Dish | When a standard 13×9 inch pan won’t do for the larger casseroles and lasagna recipes
SMALL APPLIANCES
Blender | We use a Vitamix, and it’s lasted the test of time. Made in Cleveland, Ohio- the company has a great reputation for amazing customer service. Here is a high-quality lower priced blender good for the same things.
