Ingredients: 8 oz Spring Mix; 12 oz Chicken Breasts (cooked & sliced or shredded); 8 oz Brown Rice (prepared); 12 oz Mandarin Oranges (drained (reserve liquid for dressing)); 2 oz Green Onions (sliced); 2 oz Slivered Almonds; 0.5 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 2 oz Juice of Mandarin Oranges; 1.5 oz Coconut Aminos; 1 oz Apple Cider Vinegar; 21 g Honey; 4 g Garlic; 2 g Ground Ginger; 1 pinch Sea Salt
