Ingredients: 1 (14 oz) package Stir Fry Rice Noodles; 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil; 30 oz Chicken Breasts (cut into thin strips); 2 Red Bell Peppers (sliced thin); 3 cloves Garlic (minced); 2 Egg(s); 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts (or canned, drained); 3 Green Onions (chopped); 2 oz Fish Sauce; 1 oz Coconut Aminos; 1.5 oz Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener; 1.7 oz Rice Wine Vinegar; 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce (optional); 1 oz Peanut Butter; 3.5 oz Peanuts; Fresh Cilantro (chopped); 2 Limes (cut into wedges)
