Ingredients: 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts (cooked & shredded (or chopped small)); 3 oz BBQ Sauce; 1/4 cup Water; 10 oz Grain-Free Tortilla Chips; 2 (15 oz) cans Black Beans (drained & rinsed); 1 (12 oz) bag Frozen Corn; 3 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded); 3 oz Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded); 12 oz Tomatoes (diced small); 12 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt; ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

The party is here (and an easy dinner, too)!! These make for a quick weeknight meal or a fun game-time munchy. You can top these with Jalapeños or chopped Scallions as a ‘freebie’ ingredient if that’s your thing!
