Ingredients: 1.25 lbs Chicken Breasts (cut in half thickness, into 6 equal-sized breasts); Sea Salt (to taste); Garlic Powder (to taste); 8 oz BBQ Sauce; 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil; 12 oz Zucchini (cut into half moons); 12 oz Yellow Squash (cut into half moons); 1 (24 oz) package Petite Red Potatoes (quartered); 2 Red Bell Peppers (cut into 1-inch cubes); 1 pinch Sea Salt; Black Pepper; 2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
